Can I hold dance events or live events that involve music?
Yes, but prior arrangements are required.

Can I bring in a vehicle to exhibit?
Yes, it is possible. However, there are restrictions on vehicle size and weight, so please contact us for details.

As a general rule, we do not accept cash or credit cards.

Can I check if my event is clashing with other companies' events (being held at the same time)?
Please contact us regarding the activities of other facilities on the day.

Please tell me the procedure for making a tentative reservation and how to switch to a formal reservation.
For provisional reservations, please use the inquiry form. After business negotiations and inspections, if there are no problems with the proposed quotation, you can apply for a permanent reservation by filling out the application form.
Venue, facilities and equipment

Can the organizers set up the venue?
Setup is only permitted by the hall's designated contractors or contractors who bring their own.
We are unable to allow individual customers to set up their own equipment due to the risk of damage or injury. -
Is it possible to place signs or exhibits at the entrance or in the aisles?
In principle, installation outside the facility is not permitted. Also, installation in rooms other than those for which application has been made is also not permitted.

Can I play audio from devices such as smartphones and tablets?
It is possible to connect an audio cable, but playback may not be possible depending on the device.

What media formats does the playback device support?
The media that can be played is USB memory card, SD card, and CD. As for the format, data formats such as Mp3 and WAV can be played. Please contact us for details.

Do I need to take home any trash I produce when using the facility?
As a general rule, please take your trash home with you.

Can I pay by invoice?
An invoice will be sent after the service ends. Payment will be made at the end of the month and the following month. Please see the terms of use for details.

Are there any fees for both tentative and final reservations? (Including cancellation fees)
No fee will be charged for the tentative reservation stage. Cancellations after the reservation will be charged in accordance with the terms of use.

Can I issue a receipt? Can I specify the name on the receipt?
Yes, it is possible.

Can I specify the invoice address and payment due date?
In principle, the name on the invoice will be the same as the name on the estimate. Please refrain from specifying a payment date.
