Facility Overview
The facility is fully equipped with facilities such as a main hall with 330 retractable seats, a seminar room (medium-sized conference room) and a meeting room (small conference room).
We can accommodate a variety of events, including receptions and parties with food and drink, exhibitions with many booths, and conferences, board meetings, and general shareholders' meetings with many participants.
Convenient access, just a 1-10 minute walk from domestic flights and international flights Domestic Passenger Terminal Building and JR New Chitose Airport Station, means that travel is more reliable than at venues in Sapporo or Chitose, which is another reason why New Chitose Airport Portom Hall is chosen as an event venue and meeting room, especially for welcoming guests from outside Hokkaido. Some rooms can be used for under 10,000 yen (excluding tax) for two hours, and some customers use them as rental space for small meetings.

We have two Anterooms that can also be used as dressing rooms, and one VIP Room.
Regarding delivery routes
You can bring in luggage using the commercial elevator from the porch on the first floor international flights.
Large fixtures and exhibits can be brought in using the large elevator from the 1st floor domestic flights carport.
(Large elevators are capable of carrying vehicles up to 2.7m W x 5.7m D x 2.8m H and a load capacity of 4,200kg.)
Equipment rental service
We offer over 30 types of free equipment and over 20 types of paid equipment for rental. We have equipment to suit a variety of occasions, so you can hold your event with minimal equipment.
Catering services
Our hall also offers a catering service to provide meals tailored to your event.We can provide boxed lunches for conference participants and event management staff, buffet-style meals that are ideal when using our hall as a banquet hall, and accompanying serving and waiting services upon request.

We support high-quality event management with a high-precision video system, feedback suppression function, and a sound system that delivers clear audio.

The retractable seating is a stepped structure that can be stored and deployed electrically, allowing it to be used in a wide variety of situations.

The 400-inch main screen is suitable for lectures, seminars and events for 300 to 400 people.

There is a smoking room in our hall. Please feel free to use it.

We can also suggest and arrange flowers to decorate your event!
In addition to the rooms, equipment, and catering you will need, we can also arrange the flowers that will decorate the venue. We also offer table decorations for parties. Flowers arranged on round tables will add an even more festive atmosphere to your event.
