Foyer

The foyer is a convenient rental space that functions as the entrance for events held in our hall, reception, and a lobby where visitors can wait.
It has also been used as a sales venue. By connecting it to the seminar room, it can be transformed into a space boasting the largest floor area in the hall, and can also be used to hold buffet parties with catering.
The capacity is over 400 people, making it comparable in size to party rooms and banquet halls in Sapporo area.
Please note that the foyer is not available for rental on its own. It is available for use as ancillary equipment to the main hall and seminar rooms, and a separate fee will be charged.

The foyer is equipped with a reception space and cloakroom. It is possible to check in visitors and store and keep their personal belongings. The cloakroom is spacious and can also be used as a storage space for carry-on equipment used in event management. There are also tables and chairs where visitors can wait comfortably. The large windows in the foyer offer views of the bus lane in International Terminal Building and domestic flights Terminal Building, and the natural light creates a bright and open atmosphere, especially during the day.

A bright and open space that welcomes visitors smoothly

It is a bright and open space perfect for welcoming guests attending events. Equipped with a reception counter and cloakroom (storage space), it is spacious and functional enough to accommodate hundreds of guests. Panel displays can also be held in the foyer, and the ceiling-mounted LED rail lights illuminate the exhibits to make them easier to see.
