It can be used for small meetings as well as for event management offices. It is a rental space and rental room that is not limited to conference room use.

There are 30 seats in a face-to-face format (such as a school format). Two long tables are connected facing each other, creating a 6-seat x 5 arrangement.

Facility Specifications
Although it does not have any special facilities, this conference room is available for rent at a relatively reasonable rate compared to other conference rooms in our hall. It may also be used as a waiting area for staff when events are held in the main hall or seminar room.

A word from the coordinator
If there is availability on the day of your visit, you can use the facility without making a reservation.
Meeting rooms and special waiting rooms/waiting rooms can be used without a reservation if they are available on the day. Our reasonable rates make them ideal for impromptu meetings or conversations that cannot be held in a relaxed atmosphere inside the airport. Payment must be made in cash.
