Seminar room (large conference room)

There are two seminar rooms, A and B. These medium-sized rooms (accommodating up to 135 seats) are primarily used for corporate shareholders' meetings and lectures. The two rooms can be connected to form a large conference room, and by connecting them to the foyer (lobby), they can also accommodate events with more than 200 attendees, such as parties, exhibitions, and business meetings.

The entire space can be used as a school setting. Ideal for large-scale training sessions.
A square-shaped layout with half the table used. Ideal for meetings and board meetings.
It is a U-shaped space with half of the space used. A projector and permanent screen are also available for rental.
The entire seminar room is connected to the foyer, creating the largest floor area in the hall.

Aside from the foyer, this is the only conference room in the hall with a window. Sunlight pours in through the large windows, and the open view of the New Chitose Airport domestic flights Domestic Passenger Terminal Building is another attraction. The hall has been used for board meetings, general shareholders' meetings, company entrance ceremonies, lectures, exhibitions, precious metals business meetings requiring security, radio-controlled car racing competitions, open campus events for schools in Chitose City, and even as a banquet hall for buffet parties for up to 400 people.

The seminar room can be connected to A, B, and the foyer, making it one of the most versatile rental conference rooms in the hall. Connecting rooms A and B to the foyer creates the largest event space in the facility.

The theater-style layout, which uses half of the seminar room, seats 135 people. The layout is 9 columns of 3 rows of 5 seats each. This is ideal for company information sessions and other events.
The school-style setting, which uses half of the seminar room, seats 72. The seats are arranged in 3 rows of 4 and 6 rows. As long tables are used, it is ideal for seminars that involve writing. Eating and drinking at the tables is also permitted.
The U-shaped layout, which uses half of the seminar room, seats 42 people. It uses long tables, making it ideal for meetings and board meetings. You can also eat and drink at the tables.

We can accommodate not only seminars and information sessions, but also ceremonies such as induction ceremonies.
The entire seminar room can be used in a school-style format with 144 seats, arranged in 3 seats x 4 rows x 12 rows.
The long tables make it ideal for seminars with many participants that require writing. Eating and drinking at the tables is also permitted.
The entire seminar room can be used for exhibitions and business meetings, with a maximum of 18 booths being set up. This makes it an ideal venue for joint company information sessions, product displays, and business meetings.
The entire seminar room can accommodate 175 people for a buffet-style party. The venue can also accommodate 12 round tables, making it ideal for social gatherings and receptions. Catering services are also available.

Facility Specifications

The ceiling LED lighting can be switched between four levels of fluorescent and warm colors. You can choose the optimal lighting for each situation, such as fluorescent colors that brightly illuminate materials and the faces of speakers for meetings and seminars, or warm colors for social gatherings that require a relaxed atmosphere.

The arrangement of desks and chairs also has a professional aesthetic.

The seminar room is the only one in the hall that receives natural light, and it features a prime location from which you can see planes taking off and landing. Behind the success of meetings, seminars, induction ceremonies, and other ceremonies held in such a space, aesthetic consideration is essential even in the smallest details, such as the arrangement of desks and chairs. When setting up the seminar room, multiple professional installers use instruments to carefully arrange the desks and chairs.
