Is there job rotation?

We expect transfers within the workplace or transfers that require relocation approximately every 3 to 5 years.

How do you decide where to work?

The decision will be made based on the suitability demonstrated during the interview, the individual's wishes, and the situation of the organization.

Are there any advantages or disadvantages to being from a certain school, faculty, or department during the recruitment process?

There is no advantage or disadvantage to be had from your school, faculty, or department in the selection process.
During the selection process, we will review your experience and how you can contribute to HAP and make a decision.

Are there any qualifications I need to obtain in advance?

Please obtain a regular driver's license.
Other language skills and various official qualifications can often be utilized in the workplace, but are not required when joining the company.
After joining the company, you will also receive training to acquire the specialized knowledge required to manage and operate an airport.

Is language ability (English) required to apply for HAP?

It is not mandatory. However, there are some departments where language skills are required.

Is there any advantage or disadvantage in the recruitment process depending on where you come from?

There is absolutely no advantage or disadvantage in the recruitment selection process based on your place of origin.
