Is there job rotation?
We expect transfers within the workplace or transfers that require relocation approximately every 3 to 5 years.
How do you decide where to work?

Are there any qualifications I need to obtain in advance?
Please obtain a regular driver's license.
Other language skills and various official qualifications can often be utilized in the workplace, but are not required when joining the company.
After joining the company, you will also receive training to acquire the specialized knowledge required to manage and operate an airport.
Is language ability (English) required to apply for HAP?
It is not mandatory. However, there are some departments where language skills are required.
