During the winter season, as we approach weekends and busy periods (three-day weekends, end of the fiscal year), traffic jams of around two hours can occur.

Discount Services

We offer a parking discount to customers using facilities at Hakodate Airport. Please mention that you will be using the parking lot when paying at the store or restaurant you are using.

Please complete the procedure yourself at the discount authentication machine shown below, pay at the parking payment machine, and then leave the parking lot.

Step 1: Insert your parking ticket. Step 2: Scan the receipt with the QR code to authenticate the discount. Step 3: Pay for the authenticated parking ticket at the payment machine and leave the parking lot.

How to use the parking lot

Visitors: Please receive your parking ticket from the parking ticket issuing machine at the entrance gate before entering. Please be sure to bring your parking ticket with you as it will be required when making payment.

Information on disabled persons
Our parking lot has 10 spaces reserved for disabled customers. General customers are requested to refrain from using these spaces.
