Boarding and Arrival Procedures -domestic flights
At the ticket lobbies of All Nippon Airways Airways, Japan Airlines, Air Do, and Spring Japan,
You can purchase airline tickets, check in for your flight, and check in your luggage.
After completing the procedures, you will proceed to the departure gate and passenger waiting area on the 2nd floor.

1. Check-in
Please check in at the check-in counter on the 1st floor.
Show your ticket at the airline check-in counter to receive your boarding pass.
Drop off your non-carry-on baggage baggage at the counter to receive your baggage voucher.
If you are participating in a tour of a travel agency, please follow the instructions at the travel agency counter.
2.Security Check
Go to the 2nd floor.
You will be subject to baggage inspection and body check.
Please present your boarding pass and pass your carry-on baggage through the X-ray machine.
Each customer must go through a metal detector and undergo a body check.
3. Boarding
Proceed to the domestic flights departure area on the 2nd floor and head to the boarding gate.

1. baggage Collection
From the arrival gate, proceed to the 1st floor and collect baggage from the carousel.
2. Arrival Lobby
Once you have collected baggage, please proceed to the arrivals lobby.
