Boarding and Arrival Procedures -international flights

The ticket lobby is located on the 1st floor International Terminal Building.
At Departure Counter of each airline, you can purchase tickets, check in, and check your baggage.

1. Check-in

When departing, please proceed to International Departures Lobby the 1st floor.
Please make sure to complete the check-in procedure with plenty of time to spare.

Present your passport and ticket at the airline check-in counter to receive your boarding pass. Drop off your non-carry-on baggage baggage at the counter to receive your baggage voucher. If you are participating in a tour of a travel agency, please follow the instructions at the travel agency counter.

2.Security Check

At the departure gate, you will undergo baggage inspection and body check.

Please present your boarding pass and pass your carry-on baggage through the X-ray machine. Passengers will then go through a metal detector one by one and undergo a body check. Once security is complete, please proceed to immigration.

3. Customs Procedures

If you are taking out cash or other items worth more than 1 million yen, you will need to declare it to customs.

If you are taking foreign-made products such as watches or necklaces that you currently use overseas out of the country, please go through the required procedures at the 2nd floor customs counter.

4. Immigration

Please present your passport and boarding pass at the immigration counter.

Once the departure stamp has been stamped in your passport, immigration inspection is complete and you have left Japan.
While you wait for your flight, you can enjoy shopping at duty-free shops, etc.

5. To the gate

Please check the boarding time and gate listed on your boarding pass.

Please follow the signs in the terminal and arrive at the boarding gate with plenty of time to spare so that you arrive in time for the boarding announcement to begin.
Please be aware of sudden changes and pay close attention to announcements and arrival and departure information displays.

6. Boarding

When you arrive at the boarding gate, please wait until boarding begins.

When boarding, follow the instructions of the staff and present your boarding pass to board the aircraft.

1. Quarantine

Upon arrival, please follow the instructions and proceed to the quarantine counter.

When you are given a questionnaire from the quarantine station on the plane, please fill it out and submit it at the quarantine counter.
If you are experiencing any abnormalities in your physical condition, such as diarrhea or fever, please notify a quarantine officer or the Health Counseling Office.

2. Immigration Inspection

Please present your passport at the immigration counter and undergo immigration inspection.

3. baggage Collection

Please check your airline and flight number on the information board and proceed to the carousel.

Please check that the baggage claim tag you received when you checked in your baggage is yours and then collect your baggage.
If you have a lot of luggage, please use the baggage carts available near the carousel.

4. Plant and animal censorship

If you are bringing plants (fruits, seeds, vegetables, etc.) or animals (including meat products such as ham and sausages) back to Japan, you will need to present the required certificates and undergo inspections at the Plant and Animal Quarantine Counter.

5.Customs Inspection

When entering the country, all passengers are required to submit a "Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Baggage."

In the "Personal Effects and Separate Baggage Declaration Form," please fill in any items you have purchased abroad, as well as any items that have been given to you as gifts or that have been left in your care.

6. Arrival Lobby
