We are open every day from 7:00 to 21:30.
*Please note that you cannot sleep inside the airport building after closing time. Also, sleeping in your car on airport grounds, including the parking lot and airport park (Green Port), is not permitted.

Parking Information
Regarding the end of service voucher acceptance
*The one-hour free ticket given to those who use the facilities within the building will no longer be accepted as of the end of July 2025.
Regarding tickets purchased before January 31, 2024
*Please complete use and refund by March 31, 2026.
*Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any use or refunds after April 1, 2026 under any circumstances.
*Refunds will be accepted at the manned parking lot counter (Exit 1).

We offer parking fee discounts to customers using the facilities at Asahikawa Airport.

*Discount authentication cannot be done at the exit fare adjustment machine. Please complete the discount authentication in advance at the discount authentication machine (near Exit 3 Domestic Arrivals Lobby the 1st floor).
Please complete the procedure yourself at the discount authentication machine shown below, pay at the parking payment machine, and then leave the parking lot.
* Discounts cannot be applied at the exit fare adjustment machine.
*If you lose your receipt with the QR code, it cannot be reissued.
*If you do not know how to use the service, please contact the AMS Customer Support Center (0120-951-365, AMS business location number "08652").
Discount for people with disabilities
If you present a disability certificate (Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, War Wounded and Sick Certificate, Atomic Bomb Victim Health Certificate, Specific Disease Medical Benefit Certificate, Specific Medical Expense (Designated Intractable Disease) Benefit Certificate, or Specific Childhood Chronic Disease Medical Benefit Certificate), you will receive half the fee. Please call the AMS Support Center (0120-951-365 AMS Business Location Number "08652") using the intercom next to the payment machine at each parking lot exit.
*This is not available at the pre-payment machines in the terminal.
How to use the parking lot

Please receive your parking ticket from the parking ticket issuing machine at the entrance gate before entering. Please be sure to bring your parking ticket with you as it will be required when making payment.

Motorcycle parking information
There are eight motorcycle parking spaces available in Parking Lot 1. Please enter through the motorcycle entrance and call an attendant using the intercom at the parking lot management building to check in.
Motorcycles are not permitted to enter through the entrances to Parking Lot 1 and Parking Lot 2.
When leaving the parking lot with a motorcycle, please pay at the parking lot management building in Parking Lot 1.

Please pay the parking fee at the exit gate. The exit gate bar will not rise until payment is complete.
Additionally, customers with disabilities should contact the Support Center using the intercom located at each exit fare adjustment machine.

Accepted payments
Cash and the following cashless payment methods are available at Parking Lot 1.
Parking Lot 2 only accepts cash payments. Only 1,000 yen bills are accepted.

You can pay before boarding, making for a smooth exit! Please give it a try. We accept cash and cashless payments!
Parking fees will be charged if more than 30 minutes pass after payment.
