Chiffon cake "Foruno" will be opening a stall!

"Foruno" will be open for a limited time in the gallery space on the first floor on January 17th and 18th, 2026!

Made with 100% Asahikawa rice flour [Yukihikari] and rich eggs [Kappa no Kenran] from Pippu Town!

Yukihikari is a type of rice that is said to be allergy-friendly, and is a precious rice that only accounts for 1% of the rice produced in Hokkaido.

It is gluten-free and has a fluffy and moist texture that you wouldn't believe is made from rice flour.

Chiffon cakes made with Asahikawa ingredients are perfect as souvenirs!
