■Date and time: Sunday, September 7, 2025 10:00-15:00

■Location: Asahikawa Airport Greenport *The location will be specified by our company.

Please note that depending on the construction situation, you may be asked to move to the front of the terminal.

■Recruitment details: ①Outdoor tent operation

②Food trucks (height must be less than 3m. Please contact us if you would like to bring a food truck with a different height.)

■ Booth fee: 15% of total sales or5,000 yen, whichever is higher

■ Application period: Until Thursday, July 3, 2025, 23:59

*If there are a large number of applicants, the application period may close early.

*We will contact you in mid-July.

*If there are a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.

■Notes: (1) We may refuse your request if the items being sold overlap with those of other tenants within the airport.

(2) Booth fees must be paid in cash on the day of the event.

(3) Exhibitors are responsible for making applications to the local health center, etc.

(4) Rental

▸Long tables are 1,500 yen, chairs are 500 yen (tax included). *Please inquire about other equipment such as tents.

(5) When using open flames, please be sure to install a fire extinguisher.

(6) There are no electricity facilities, so please bring your own generator.

If you have a generator, be sure to bring a fire extinguisher.

Please note that we are not accepting applications for indoor stalls this year.
