Located almost in the center of Hokkaido, at the northeastern edge of the Kamikawa Basin, is the town of Aibetsu, known as the "Mushroom Village" 🍄

We produce six types of mushrooms, including enoki, nameko, maitake, shiitake, saxifrage, and wood ear mushrooms.

In recent years, local specialty products have been developed using locally grown vegetables and fruits such as beets, aronia, and raspberries.

Development is progressing, and it is attracting attention as a health food.

During this period, we will be holding a sales event and tasting sale of Aibetsu's local products.
