Ezo deer miso Genghis Khan
This is an exquisite Genghis Khan dish made with fresh, proudly fresh "Ezo venison meat from Biei Town" seasoned with a special koji miso paste by Chef Ono of Asahikawa Italian restaurant "Bistro Bon Marché". It has no odor, a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a rich flavor.
Otokoyama Junmai Daiginjo
"Otokoyama" is a local sake brewed with the famous waters of Asahikawa, Hokkaido. It is the first sake in the world to win a gold medal at the Monde Selection. It has a gentle aroma and a light, yet elegant and deep flavor.
