The soba noodles are made with buckwheat flour from Horokanai. The dipping sauce is made in-house using bonito flakes from Hioki-gun, Kagoshima Prefecture, and mackerel flakes from Tosashimizu City, Kochi Prefecture, and is made with a traditional seasoning. Please enjoy the deep flavor of Kaburagi's soba noodles, which combines the soba noodles with the dipping sauce.
