"Biryu Chicken," a new brand of chicken raised in Iwamizawa.
"Miru Chicken," a new brand of chicken raised freely in a natural environment on our own farm in the Miruto district of Iwamizawa, Hokkaido. Because we are so particular about the breeding environment, the chicken has less fat and a remarkably moist and chewy texture. Our fried chicken and yakitori made with Miru Chicken delivered directly from our own farm are popular dishes that allow you to savor the natural flavor of the ingredients. Be sure to also try our "Snow Mori," which represents the famous mountains of Asahikawa.

"Yuatama" fertilized eggs are laid by free-range chickens raised freely on our own farm in Iwamizawa. By raising the chickens on a specially formulated feed that utilizes the blessings of Hokkaido, such as okara (soy pulp) from tofu made with spring water from Naganuma town and brown rice from Bibai city, the eggs have a remarkable elasticity to the yolk that can be picked up with chopsticks, a rich umami flavor, and a clear taste without any unpleasant aftertaste. Enjoy their rich flavor to the fullest not only in egg-on-rice (TKG) but also in omelets.
