With the aim of creating a soup that is "delicious down to the last drop," pork bones are boiled for a long time to create a soup with a gentle flavor. The resulting white soup is not boiled again, as we want to preserve its flavor and aroma.
Therefore, although it may not feel very hot, we believe that it is a temperature range that can be enjoyed safely and by everyone, from children to the elderly.
