Drop-off and pick-up by car
The road in front of the Hakodate Airport Terminal Building is for disembarking vehicles only, except for passenger car transport business vehicles.
Please use the parking lot if you are bringing your own car to pick up your child. (Parking is free for up to 1 hour.)
Passengers with disabilities should use the designated boarding and disembarking area located in front of domestic flights terminal.

We would like to inform you of the precautions to take on the road in front of the Hakodate Airport Terminal Building.
Parking is prohibited, except for temporary stops to disembark.
Please refrain from parking your car while waiting for a ride, except for temporary stops to disembark.
Please use the parking lot for boarding (pick-up). Parking is free for up to 1 hour.At the general vehicle drop-off area, drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles.
If the driver leaves the vehicle, please use the Hakodate Airport Parking Lot (paid parking).
Precautions when bringing animals into the airport
Due to airport management regulations, animals are not allowed in the passenger terminal area.
However, this does not include assistance dogs or pets that are checked into the aircraft in special cages, etc. We apologize to customers who wish to see off or welcome their beloved pets with them, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
If you are traveling with animals, please check the precautions for traveling with animals.
Things to note when traveling with animals
If you would like to travel with your pet, or if you plan to bring your pet overseas, please contact the airline in advance.
Observation Deck
A pick-up and drop-off deck where you can see the planes. You can get a panoramic view of the planes taking off and landing from in front of the pick-up and drop-off deck.
You can greet planes taking off from the deck to see them off or welcome them back.
