Store Introduction
~Workshop: Rainbows and Dreams~
This is an employment support center with the motto "kind to the earth and people." Karinto is characterized by its light and crispy taste. Each one is handmade. Because it is all handmade, the shapes are irregular, but this gives a pleasant texture.
There are six types: coffee, kelp soy sauce, soup curry, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

~Nokotabe~
We purchase naturally grown rice from Yoshimori Makiba in Setana Town and make our own koji. We sell "Koji Grissini" (manufactured by Niji no Yume) made with rosemary salt koji made from the koji, "yakikarinto" made from rice flour, and "koji natto" made with organic seasonings, kiriboshi daikon radish, and gagome kelp.
