Announcement of "Esashi Oiwake Minami Hiyama Festival at Hakodate Airport"

~Encounter the flavors and traditions of Minami-Hiyama at the airport~

At Hakodate Airport, in collaboration with Hokkaido Electric Power Co., Inc., local governments in the Minami-Hiyama region (Esashi Town, Kaminokuni Town, Atsuta Town, Otobe Town) and related organizations working to promote the southern Hokkaido region will be collaborating to hold the "Esashi Oiwake Minami-Hiyama Festival in Hakodate Airport" with the aim of promoting culture and tourism in the Hiyama region.

Date and time: Saturday, October 11, 2025, 9:00-16:00

Location: Hakodate Airport domestic flights Domestic Passenger Terminal Building

<9:00-16:00> Near the escalator on the first floor (Minami Hiyama specialty products for sale)

<11:00-15:00> 3rd floor reception room (live performance and experience of Esashi Oiwake / Energy Exciting World)

Contents: 1. Minami-Hiyama specialty products sales

Assabu Town: Asabu popcorn, Asabu May Queen potato chips, and more

Otobe Town: Otobe Town's delicious salted tonkotsu ramen, bean rice seasoning, Otome soybean flour, and more

② Live performance and experience of Esashi Oiwake

A corner will be set up with live performances of the traditional art of Esashi Oiwake and an experience corner.

We have a wide range of hands-on toys for children to learn and play with.
