"Donan B-Talk" to be held for the first time on November 6th (Fri)!! Announcing a talk event where "Donan B-Talk" people will promote the charms of the Donan region.

Located on the first floor of domestic flights Terminal Building in the arrival lobby, the new type of comprehensive Information Center, "LOCAL INFORMATION Gattsuri Donan," offers:

In addition to providing comprehensive information within the airport, we also disseminate fascinating regional information to help you enjoy your trip to southern Hokkaido and Hakodate, starting from the airport.

Aiming to create a tourist Information Center everyone can enjoy more than ever before, we will be holding our first-ever talk event as a new initiative!

​"Donanbito,"specialists in southern Hokkaido and Hakodate, will introduce timely information and initiatives they recommend.
This is a slightly niche talk event where participants will talk extensively (to their heart's content) about their favorite things in southern Hokkaido and Hakodate, using the information about people, things, and events gathered in "LOCAL INFORMATION: Southern Hokkaido" as a starting point, while also sharing their own experiences.

For our first episode of "People of Southern Hokkaido," we welcome Mr. Keigo Okamoto. Join us in exploring the charm of the region, woven together by people, things, and events, in "Gattsuri Donan," where you can find up-to-date information about the southern part of Hokkaido!

 

*What is "Donanbito"? 

We coined the term "Donanbito" (Southern Hokkaido People) to describe people who live in the southern Hokkaido region and care deeply about their community. 

As of October​ ​2026, we have received cooperation from over 50 people from the southern Hokkaido region.
