Special exhibition held at Kushiro Air Base, 1st Regional Coast Guard Headquarters (until January 31st)
A special exhibition of Kushiro Air Base of the 1st Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, adjacent to Kushiro Airport, is currently being held in the departure lobby on the 2nd floor.
In order to raise awareness of coast guard operations and the emergency number 118 at sea, we are exhibiting panels including photos of the activities of the Japan Coast Guard and posters raising awareness of the emergency number 118!
Kushiro Air Base is adjacent to Kushiro Airport and protects the waters of eastern Hokkaido.
We hope that through the exhibition people will get a sense of the work that goes on at the base.
