[Kushiro exclusive] Konbu rice cracker Tsurubei
It is popular for its addictive taste, which is made using ingredients from the sea and the mountains. "Tsuru" uses Kushiro kelp to make "bei", a grilled rice cracker. Tsurubei is a recommended souvenir from Kushiro.
