The "2025 Airport Customer Service Skills Contest in HOKKAIDO - The Power of the North Gathers Here" was held with the aim of improving the customer service skills of passenger service staff and strengthening cooperation in the Hokkaido area.

Why this hall is suitable for events

We chose this venue because it is conveniently located inside New Chitose Airport, is spacious enough to accommodate around 100 people, and is fully equipped with facilities such as a projector and sound system. Another major factor in our decision was that we could inspect the site in advance and check the operation of the equipment, which would allow for smooth operation on the day.

The venue was half of the main hall. A reception demonstration and awards ceremony were held on the stage. A curtain with the company logo was brought in and set up behind the podium, adding a more festive touch.

The sound from the demonstration was picked up by a wireless microphone and transmitted clearly through the speakers to the venue.
