There is a luxury hotel adjacent, making it easy to arrange accommodation for speakers.
The facility is large enough to accommodate multiple programs, including lectures, exhibitions, workshops, and meetups.

By applying for full hall use, we can create a lively atmosphere throughout the hall, creating a festive atmosphere for the industry. Smaller rooms such as meeting rooms and waiting rooms can also be used as bases for the management staff.

By connecting the seminar room and foyer and setting up a booth, you can create an exhibition corner.

We also offer catering services to hold industry meetups with food and drink.

New Chitose Airport Portom Hall is located directly connected to the airport, making it easy to welcome visitors from all over Japan and overseas, and is equipped with facilities and an operational system suited to business conferences. Our coordinators will work with partner companies to support you in realizing your ideals, from venue setup and progress management to audio and video production. In addition to our designated contractors, organizers are also free to use external contractors. This venue allows for a high degree of freedom in operation to suit the organizer's intentions and planned content.
