A ceremony, press conference, and reception were held to mark the start of the delivery and installation of precision equipment (EUV exposure equipment) at our own factory.

Why this hall is suitable for events
We also arranged tables and chairs on a portable stage and transformed the event into a press conference format.
The reception was held in half of the seminar room. Catering food was displayed on a table with a back panel, and round tables were set up for guests. A portable stage was also set up for speakers.

Main Hall (Full-screen)
Used as a venue for ceremonies and press conferences. The flat floor at the front of the venue was used for reporters, and the retractable seating at the rear was used for related parties.

Seminar room (half)
Located directly in front of the main hall, it allows for a smooth transition from ceremonies and press conferences to receptions. Audio equipment is available, ensuring clear speeches from the stage.

Special waiting room/waiting room
Used as a waiting room for speakers and VIPs. Located in the backyard, it provides a smooth path to the main hall.
