Ideal as a training venue for people gathering in Hokkaido from all over Japan.

Our seminar room (large conference room) can be used as a venue for employee training and study sessions. It's a bright training space with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It can also be divided into two rooms using a movable wall, allowing for two training sessions of up to 75 people to be held simultaneously.

Why this hall is suitable for events

Because it is directly connected to New Chitose Airport, it offers unparalleled accessibility compared to venues in Sapporo area, especially for training sessions attracting participants from across Japan and overseas, as it eliminates the need for secondary transportation. Monthly rentals are also available subject to availability. Furthermore, since the airport has the Air Terminal Hotel and Portom International Hokkaido on-site, accommodation and other services can be completed within New Chitose Airport. With facilities perfect for relaxation such as New Chitose Airport Onsen (hot spring) and New Chitose Airport Theater (cinema), it is ideal not only for employee training but also for off-site meetings to deepen relationships.

For lunch, you can opt for catering or enjoy Hokkaido cuisine within the airport facilities. The wide selection of approximately 80 restaurants is a unique advantage of the conference facility located within New Chitose Airport.

Whiteboards available for rent (fee applies)

We have 10 whiteboards available (for a fee). They can be used by instructors or for group discussions among participants.

You can also use the smoking area to take a break during the training sessions.

This facility boasts an attractive training environment where natural light and adjustable lighting support concentration.

Creating an environment where participants don't feel confined during long training sessions is crucial. Our seminar rooms, with large windows that let in natural light, are popular for their ability to create a relaxing yet focused atmosphere. Depending on the timing, you can even watch planes taking off and landing from the windows. The lighting has multiple dimming settings, allowing you to choose the lighting that best suits the content and duration of the training.
