Using an online meeting tool (Microsoft Teams), a facility coordinator will give you a tour of various areas within the building, including the main hall, seminar rooms, and meeting rooms.
You can check the size, atmosphere, facilities, and access routes of the venue through communication with the coordinator via video call.
We also offer consultations regarding venue selection, layout, facilities, and pricing, tailored to your purpose of use and expected number of attendees.
