New Chitose Airport Portom Hall has two pricing structures: "Conference/Seminar Use" and "Exhibition/Event Use." Please check the approximate costs on the respective price lists or price simulator, and then contact us for venue setup fees.
Conference and seminar use
You can use the facilities to suit your schedule, from a short two-hour meeting to full-day use. Special waiting rooms and waiting rooms can also be rented out individually. Please use them as a place to entertain VIPs or for small meetings.

Exhibition and event use
You can choose from a range of options, from five hours to full-day use, depending on the scale of your event. We also have detailed pricing for late-night or early-morning setup and use of the foyer.

Equipment rental service
We offer over 30 types of free equipment and over 20 types of paid equipment for rental. We have equipment to suit a variety of occasions, so you can hold your event with minimal equipment.
Catering services
Our hall also offers a catering service to provide meals tailored to your event.We can provide boxed lunches for conference participants and event management staff, buffet-style meals that are ideal when using our hall as a banquet hall, and accompanying serving and waiting services upon request.
