Hokkaido Airport Co., Ltd. has a Board of Directors and a Board of Corporate Auditors under the General Meeting of Shareholders. Within the Board of Auditors is the Board of Auditors Secretariat. Within the Board of Directors is the President and Representative Director. Under the Board of Directors is the President and Representative Director, and under the Board of Directors is the Business Audit Committee, Safety Promotion Office, Executive Committee, General Planning Division, General Affairs Division, Sales Development Division, Airport Business Division, and Airport Business Office. Within the Business Audit Committee is the Audit Department. Within the General Planning Division, the Planning Department, the Airport Planning Department, and the Traffic Measures Department. Within the General Affairs Division, General Affairs & Personnel Department, Finance & Accounting Department, and Regional Symbiosis Department. Within the Sales Development Division are the Passenger Sales Department, Cargo Sales Department, and Tourism Development Department.
