Introducing AI information service at international flights Information Center
We will be trialing an AI guidance service at Hakodate Airport international flights Passenger Terminal.
Until now, our airport has had Information Center staff stationed mainly during peak flight times.
By introducing this service, we aim to strengthen airport information services and alleviate labor shortages caused by the increase in foreign tourists.
On-screen buttons are placed around the most frequently asked questions, and an AI avatar will also respond to voice inquiries.
Anyone can use this service, so feel free to talk to the AI avatar when you visit Hakodate Airport.

Services provided: Hakodate Airport terminal floor guide, secondary transportation information, tourist information, etc.
The avatars displayed on Information Center staff and guide customers.
Customers can operate the screen and get answers from a pre-set list of frequently asked questions.
By speaking directly to the avatar, it is possible to have a conversation with customers and provide them with tourist information based on the basic information that the generated AI has learned.
