A seafood specialty store, "Hokkaido Okazu Marche Fuu," has opened on the second floor of domestic flights Hakodate Airport!
Hokkaido Airports Co., Ltd., which operates Hakodate Airport, will open a new airport on the second floor of Hakodate Airport domestic flights Domestic Passenger Terminal Building on Friday, December 5, 2025.
We will be opening a seafood specialty store called "Hokkaido Okazu Marche Fuu."
The restaurant is operated by Hakodate Hokuei Co., Ltd., which also operates the popular Hakodate Dining Gaya in the airport's third-floor food court.
We offer a wide range of products, mainly seafood dashi, that is unique to Hakodate. We also have granulated types and dashi packs made with kelp and bonito.
In addition to seafood dashi that can be selected according to the purpose, there is a tasting corner and a rolled omelet that makes the most of the flavor of the dashi.
We also offer light meals such as sandwiches, as well as a wide selection of seafood such as seafood bowl ingredients, salted fish, and crab.
