Discount Services
We offer parking fee discounts to customers using the facilities at Kushiro Airport.
At shops and restaurants in Kushiro Airport
150 yen discount on parking fee for total purchases of 700 yen or more (tax included)
For customers using the paid parking lot for the day, if you spend a total of 700 yen or more at the airport shops and restaurants, you will receive a 150 yen discount on your parking fee. Please present your receipt and parking ticket at the general Information Center on the 1st floor.
* Parking is free if the fee is 150 yen or less.
*Please note that this does not include the use of vending machines (drinks, cigarettes) that do not issue receipts.
*Please do not throw away your parking ticket as you will need it when leaving the car park.
Discount for people with disabilities
Please press the buzzer just before the fare adjustment machine at the exit on the right side and present your disability certificate (Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, War Wounded Certificate, Atomic Bomb Victim Health Certificate, Specific Disease Medical Benefits Certificate, Specific Medical Expenses (Designated Incurable Disease) Recipient Certificate, or Specific Chronic Childhood Disease Medical Benefits Certificate) at the counter to receive half the fare.
If you are a disabled person who leaves the parking lot when staff are not present, please contact us as we can settle the bill at a later date. (Available on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00)
How to use the parking lot

Please receive your parking ticket from the parking ticket issuing machine at the entrance gate before entering. Please be sure to bring your parking ticket with you as it will be required when making payment.
Information on disabled persons
Our parking lot has 13 spaces reserved for disabled customers. General customers are requested to refrain from using these spaces.

Please pay the parking fee at the exit gate. The exit gate bar will not rise until the fee has been paid.

About Reservations
By calling the parking lot management office in advance, you can use reserved spaces at Kushiro Airport parking, ensuring smooth parking even when it is crowded.
The reserved car space is 1.5 times wider than normal, allowing for ample space.
*General slot: 5m length x 2.5m width → Reserved slot: 5m length x 3.75m width
How to make a reservation
Applications will be accepted by telephone.
Same-day reservations are not possible
*Reservations can be made one month prior to the planned date of entry.

・Address, name, telephone number (a telephone number where you can be contacted)
・Car model (manufacturer, model name, etc.)
・Number information (area, three-digit alphanumeric, hiragana, vehicle number)

Regular parking fee + reserved space usage fee of 1,000 yen (tax included)
* After applying the disability discount, the price will be 500 yen (tax included).

How to use the parking lot when making a reservation
Admission
Enter through the first parking lot entrance gate
Please state your name and reservation number using the intercom (attendant call button) at the entrance gate.
Proceed to the designated reservation slot
Please proceed to the reserved parking area on the south side of the parking lot management office. (A staff member will remove the traffic cones.)
Parking in a reserved parking space

*We cannot accept requests for specific parking locations.
Participation
- If you need to change the date or time of your participation, please contact us in advance.
- Payment is the same as for general customers, please pay the reservation fee and parking fee at the exit payment machine using your parking ticket. (The reservation fee will be added to the fee.)
Precautions for Use
- If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance. *Contact for date and time changes: If you wish to make changes before entering the facility, please contact us at 0154-57-5485 (9:00-17:30).
- If you would like to contact us in advance, please do so during reception hours on the day before the relevant date and time.
- If you do not contact us in advance and the time period specified below has passed since the reserved entry date and time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. (April to October: 1 hour, November to March: 2 hours)
- There will be no cancellation fee due to flight Cancelled.
- If you do not contact us to cancel your reservation, we will not charge a cancellation fee, but we may refuse to provide you with the service in the future.
- If you extend your reservation period, you will be charged the parking fee for the extended period, but there will be no additional reservation fee.
- If you do not notify us of an extension to your reservation period, we may refuse to provide you with service in the future.
- Depending on the weather, etc., you may be asked to park in another space.
