All shops in the Memanbetsu Airport terminal building offer baggage delivery services for souvenirs and luggage (some shops are excluded).
Weight and size restrictions do apply, so please inquire at each shop for details.

There are no areas to temporarily store baggage within the facility.There are coin lockers located on the 1st-floor arrival lobby (in front of the ANA counter). There are lockers priced at 400 yen, 500 yen, 600 yen, and 700 yen for one day.
Lockers are available to use for up to three days. If you would like to use one for a longer period, please contact the Memanbetsu Airport Administrative Office, Management Department in advance at 0152-74-3115.
If a locker is used for an extended period without permission, its contents will be inspected.

There is no infirmary in the terminal.

There is one located on the 1st floor next to the JAL counter. There is also a hot water dispenser available for preparing milk for children.

Direct buses are available to Abashiri and Kitami. The fare is 1,050 yen to the final stop, Abashiri Bus Terminal, and 1,200 yen to Kitami Bus Terminal.

The airport shuttle bus for Abashiri departs from bus stop 1, and the one for Kitami departs from bus stop 2.
Additionally, seasonal buses to Shiretoko depart from bus stop 4.
