There are no areas to temporarily store baggage.

Some restrooms have basic powder rooms.
You can use this room to put on makeup, but there are no chairs available.

There are nursing rooms located in the arrivals lobby on the first floor, the departure lobby on the second floor, and inside the domestic and international boarding areas.
Nursing rooms are equipped with cribs, a formula preparation area, and a sink for hand washing.
Please feel free to use the diaper changing mats provided in each restroom.

Potty training seats are available in the wheelchair-accessible restroom in the Domestic Departures Lobby and boarding area on the 2nd floor.


There are two accessible toilets in the building (the barrier-free toilet in international flights lobby on the 1st floor and the barrier-free toilet in international flights departure lounge on the 2nd floor).
The 2nd floor international flights boarding lounge is an area available for passengers who have completed immigration and are scheduled to board international flights flight.
Passengers travelling only on domestic flights or using the airport should use the accessible toilets in international flights lobby on the 1st floor.

There is no hospital, but there is a first-aid room where passengers feeling unwell can rest temporarily.
If you would like to use the first-aid room, please visit the General Information Counter.
There is also a calm-down/cool-down booth available on the 3rd floor.

There are no banks or postal services offices within the airport.
There is a Hokkaido Bank ATM in Domestic Departures Lobby on the 2nd floor.

Changing stalls are installed in some of the restroom stalls.


There are no nap rooms.

Please note that you will not be able to stay or stay overnight at the airport after closing time.

Tickets are sold by advance reservation only.

Buses to Asahikawa City will operate in line with flight arrivals.
The bus is scheduled to depart 30 minutes after the flight's scheduled arrival time. However, we will delay departure if the flight is late to ensure all passengers have time to board.
If the bus is full, we may need to arrange an additional bus, which could take about 30 minutes.
Please note that local and intercity buses will depart according to the timetable.

Bringing animals into the terminal building is prohibited.
However, assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are permitted to enter with their owners.
If you are traveling with animals other than assistance dogs, please place them in a designated carrier and check them in with your airline as soon as possible.
