If you present a disability certificate (Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, War Wounded Certificate, Atomic Bomb Victim Health Certificate, Specific Disease Medical Benefit Certificate, Specific Medical Expenses (Designated Incurable Disease) Benefit Certificate, Specific Childhood Chronic Disease Medical Benefit Certificate), the fare will be half price. To get a disability discount, please call the AMS Customer Support Center at the automatic fare adjustment machine.

  • There is a reservation service area on the first floor, and an unmanned car rental and car sharing pick-up area on the second floor.
  • Reservations are accepted separately for general vehicles (21 slots) and for people with disabilities (9 slots).
  • People without reservations can also use the facility (number of spaces is limited).
  • A dedicated gate for the multi-story parking lot has been installed, allowing for smooth entry even when it is crowded.
  • The spacious design allows for comfortable use by wheelchairs and strollers (all compartments are 3.5m wide).
  • There are no discounts or hourly rates at the multi-story parking lot.

About Reservations

You can use the online reservation service for the multi-storey car park.

The reservation fee is 1,000 yen (tax included) per reservation. In addition to the reservation fee, a parking fee will be charged according to the actual parking period.

* Excluding the simultaneous reservation period, reservations can be made from midnight 60 days prior to the scheduled race date until just before entering the facility on the day of the race.
* There is no reservation service for parking lots A, B, and C.

  • The drop-off lane is convenient for people with lots of baggage or those who just want to disembark and leave the parking lot quickly (5 minutes free).
  • This is not a parking lot.
  • Guests picking up their children should use Parking Lots A and B, where exit within 60 minutes is free.
  • To improve safety and ease congestion on airport roads, the road routes in front of Terminal Building have been divided into three sections: (1) route buses, chartered buses, taxis (reserved and general), and welfare vehicles; (2) general vehicle drop-off lanes; and (3) passing lanes.
  • A roof has been installed over the pedestrian walkway from the car park to Terminal Building.
  • Discount services such as discounts for people with disabilities are not eligible.
