The Hokkaido Business Aviation Center (HBAC) is Hokkaido's first facility dedicated to business jets, which opened at New Chitose Airport in December 2023.
This facility is operated by Hokkaido Airports Co., Ltd., which manages seven airports in Hokkaido, and functions as a reception hub specializing in business aviation.
We offer a safe and comfortable experience through a reception environment that enables speedy and smooth immigration and customs procedures, including a dedicated CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) area, and highly discreet facilities that are separate from the terminal and designed with privacy in mind.
