Basic Services
This is a basic service included with your HBAC subscription.
We provide a comprehensive range of services necessary for a business jet facility, including Lounge services, on-site baggage handling, and dedicated immigration and customs procedures.

These are optional services that can be added depending on your needs. They address a variety of requirements, including flight support, ground support, and mobility assistance.
By combining the necessary services, you can use them more flexibly.

Waiting room (during technical landings)
Upon technical landing, you can use the waiting area within the facility without going through immigration or other procedures (light meals and various drinks are also available).

Vehicle transfer service
We will provide transportation by car between your aircraft and the designated terminal upon departure and arrival.

Marshalling service
Dedicated staff are in charge of aircraft marshalling, ensuring their safe movement as they enter their parking spots.

Baggage handling
We will take care of your baggage and transport it smoothly between dedicated aircraft terminals. * baggage transport within the dedicated terminal is included in the basic service.

Trash service
Waste generated on board the aircraft will be safely disposed of by a business authorized by the quarantine station.

We supply water for aircraft using a dedicated vehicle.

Lavatory service
We safely treat wastewater discharged from aircraft using specialized vehicles.

Passenger step service
We are equipped with step vehicles for use during the takeoff and landing of large aircraft, providing comfortable support for passengers boarding and disembarking.

In-flight meals exclusively for business jets.
We can arrange meals and beverages for your flight, and we also sell ice. Our in-flight meals are prepared by a luxury hotel adjacent to New Chitose Airport. Enjoy the taste of a restaurant supervised by a Michelin-starred chef.

Ice sales
We sell ice that can be used for a variety of purposes, such as keeping catering on board aircraft cool.

Hangar Services
At New Chitose Airport, we offer hangar parking services in consideration of winter operating conditions.
By ensuring an environment less susceptible to weather conditions, this contributes to improved convenience during winter operations.
At New Chitose Airport during the winter, there are generally restrictions on overnight parking, but by using hangars,
This eliminates the need for diversion flights to other airports, contributing to reduced fuel costs and improved convenience.
