ABOUT US
HBAC is Hokkaido's first facility dedicated to business jets, which opened at New Chitose Airport.
To support more comfortable and smoother visits to Hokkaido, we will provide a new reception environment suitable for business aviation.
About HBAC
The Hokkaido Business Aviation Center (HBAC) opened in December 2023 at New Chitose Airport (RJCC), Hokkaido's gateway, as Hokkaido's first facility dedicated to business jets.
It is operated as a dedicated facility equipped with the functions required for business aviation, accommodating diverse usage needs including international flights and domestic flights and technical landings.
HBAC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, providing smooth and private immigration procedures, including dedicated CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) services.
With a unique environment distinct from general terminals, this facility dedicated to business jets provides a safe and convenient travel experience for both customers and flight personnel.
Furthermore, HBAC is operated by Hokkaido Airports Co., Ltd., which operates seven airports in Hokkaido, including New Chitose Airport, as a single integrated entity.
Under an operational structure that takes into account the entire airport network of Hokkaido, we have established a stable reception system befitting Hokkaido's gateway to the skies, for business jet users.
In facility management, we collaborate with Evans Aviation Ground Services Co., Ltd., the Japanese subsidiary of Universal Aviation, a US company with extensive global knowledge and expertise in the business jet sector, to enhance operations and services in order to improve customer convenience and satisfaction.
About AsBAA (Asian Business Aviation Association)
Hokkaido Airports Co., Ltd., which operates HBAC, is a member of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), a leading organization in the business aviation industry in the Asian region.
Through this membership, we aim to strengthen cooperation with stakeholders both domestically and internationally, and contribute to improving the convenience of business jets in Japan and Hokkaido, as well as the overall development of the industry.
