How do I apply to use the service?
Prior registration is required to use this service. For details, please contact the HBAC office or the flight support company.
Are there any additional costs for undergoing CIQ procedures?
CIQ procedures are included in the facility usage fee (basic service).
Please note that you cannot submit requests for coordination with CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) through the portal site; please contact CIQ directly.

Is it possible to purchase fuel from HBAC?
Fuel must be purchased separately from a fuel supplier.
Is it possible to use HBAC even for domestic flights and technical landings?
It is available in all cases. Please see the service page for details.
