There are “Conference Rooms available for rent” , “Reception Room”, etc., customers can use them freely according to purposes such as lectures, training sessions, team establishment ceremonies before departure, kick-off ceremonies, etc.
No smoking indoors.

If you need a microphone set, a standing signboard, a projector, a screen, a video or a DVD deck, please tell us when you make a reservation.
- Please note that, as these devices are limited in number, your need might not be met all the time.
Food and drink service
If you need packed lunch, please make a reservation 7 days in advance.(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, festivals)
- Please note that the content of packed lunch might not meet your need all the time.
We also rent out conference rooms at Portom Hall New Chitose Airport.
At New Chitose Airport Portom Hall on the 2nd floor international flights, we offer "Seminar Rooms (Large Conference Rooms)" and "Meeting Rooms (Small Conference Rooms)" for rent, depending on your needs. We also have "Special Waiting Rooms" and "Waiting Rooms" that are convenient for even smaller meetings. Reservations can be made through our official website.
- Meeting rooms and special waiting rooms/lounges are available without reservation if they are available on the day. Please inquire at least two hours before your desired usage time.
- Estimated maximum capacity: Seminar room: 150-170 people; Meeting room: 30-60 people; Special waiting room/waiting room: 4-6 people
