Observatory deck is opened within limited period.

- It is closed in winter season from December to March.
- It may be closed sometimes within business hours subject to meterological conditions such as strong wind and accumulated snow.
There are binoculars on the observation deck.
- Charge for use: 100 yen/time (about 100 s)
- Costs such as consumption tax have been included in the charge for use.
