Kamori sightseeing tour desk is located on the south side of the 1F of Domestic Terminal Building.

We provide information on airport facility guide, transportation, sightseeing and weather condition timely by using touch panel which supports multi-language to meet the need of overseas customers.

Throughout the New Chitose Airport Terminal Building, arrival and departure information monitors showing flight times can be found near areas such as airline departure counters, arrival lobbies, entrances, and information counters.

The Hokkaido Foreign Tourist Information Center (New Chitose Airport) is located on the 2nd floor of the international airline terminal.
Tourism information on Hokkaido and the whole Japan is available in multiple languages.

We provide telephone numbers of reservation/inquiry, transport facilities and service facilities inside the airport.
