Soft cream
It is made with fresh raw milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido. You can choose between the unflavored "Jersey Soft," which allows you to enjoy the delicious taste of Jersey milk, and the "Tokachi Raw Soft Cream Rich Vanilla," which is made with Holstein raw milk and flavored with high-quality vanilla beans from Madagascar. We also recommend the "Ushi no Tsuno Anko," which is a Jersey soft served on top of fluffy Korone bread filled with plenty of red bean paste from Tokachi.
Jersey Milk
This milk is so precious that it is called "Golden Milk," and is only milked at a very limited number of farms, even in the dairy kingdom of Tokachi. The unique manufacturing process preserves the freshness of the milk as much as possible, so it has a slightly sweet taste, but it also has a smooth mouthfeel and a refreshing aftertaste.
