Authentic Miso Ramen
The rich flavor of the white miso and red miso blend, which has been preserved since the restaurant's founding, is balanced with the carefully simmered soup without compromise. This is the classic miso ramen that represents Sapporo.
Cheese Tantan
Dandan noodles, a traditional dish from ancient China, are topped with our proud homemade chili oil and a rich, spicy soup. Mala Dandan noodles
Dandan noodles have become a staple at our restaurant. This is an evolved version of the Dandan noodles, a representative dish of authentic Chinese Sichuan cuisine, made with handmade roasted garlic oil, chili oil, and homemade chili oil, which are rich in aroma. This is a special ramen that can only be enjoyed at the New Chitose Airport store.
