Dandan noodles have become a staple at our restaurant. This is an evolved version of the Dandan noodles, a representative dish of authentic Chinese Sichuan cuisine, made with handmade roasted garlic oil, chili oil, and homemade chili oil, which are rich in aroma. This is a special ramen that can only be enjoyed at the New Chitose Airport store.
