Chocolatier Masale was established by Masaru Furuya who was enthralled by the chocolate at a street corner of Paris in 1988 when "chocolate specialty store" had not been well familiar in Japan. The delicious chocolate comes from Sapporo. Since the store was established, we have been dedicated to production of chocolate taking it as our mission to convey the delicacy of handmade chocolate to many customers. Our chocolate always bears the handmade taste in mind.
