The original intention of opening hien was to cook delicious salted ramen in Sapporo, where Miso ramen culture is deeply rooted. And it was well received by customers since its opening. An our advertising menu is a Sapporo salt ramen created in our own way, with a soup combined with a thick chicken white broth and a seafood broth, with the aroma from roasted garlic and lard added.It is also a perfect match with the Sapporo rolled noodle that is specially made with RuRu Rosso (Note: Special Pasta wheat produced in rumoi) produced in Hokkaido.
