The soup is made with lots of chicken bones, beef bones, pork bones and Sapporo yellow onions, simmered from morning until night and left to sit overnight. The secret to its deliciousness lies in the spices, which are ground in-house each time to maintain their delicious aroma. The classic chicken curry, which uses lots of ingredients from Hokkaido, is an unwavering favorite. Be sure to try the evolving standard scallion!
