The Otaru Glass Factory is a popular tourist spot in Otaru, and is also now the only glassware shop in New Chitose Airport. A number of products are on display, including blown-glass pieces from handmade-glass studios in Hokkaido, cute glass animals and clowns made using the lampworking and fusing techniques, and sparkly glass jewelry.
