Introducing the new Scallop Dashi!

Newly added are sculpin dashi flakes and sculpin dashi powder. Although sculpin is a soul food of Hokkaido, it is not easy to incorporate it into cooking as it is a high-class fish. Sculpin adds depth and richness to flavor, and is also rich in nutrients, so it is gentle on the body. The only ingredient is sculpin! Use it as a 100% sculpin dashi stock, as a secret ingredient in cooking, as an accent sprinkle, or in baby food. Sculpin dashi flakes and sculpin dashi powder are 690 yen each (tax included) per bag.
